This Pneumatic (air) Chunking Machine Spears and/or Chunks pineapples in two simple steps. To operate: place topped and tailed peeled and cored pineapple under pusher, push the two (safe feature) operator buttons – first the left button to engage automatic air cylinder that then pushes the Pineapple through the Wedge Blade to make Spears, then the Left and Right Button to engage the Pusher Block to make Chunks. Sizes of Chunks are customer specified – for Chunks or Tidbits. 8 or 12 Wedge, Thickness 3/8″ to 1-1/2″
