Enjoyed working with Norman Frenk. He was responsive, which was quite a treat as my last agent was not. He and his team seem to have the right tools. He or his wife, Felicity Frenk, would always answer the phone or call me back in short order. We got our houses (several!) sold and all was easy  – and that is what is important to me.

OK, I’ve dealt with many realtors before and had mediocre experience with them – but this one was GREAT! We set a price that I didn’t even think we could get and got it! They helped stage the home, took professional looking pictures (one of their many talents, by the way!) and got it sold before  we knew it (about 2 weeks, I think).  They follow up and are great at getting back with you.

Listed my home and it sold almost immediately. Had some title issues on the home and they helped smooth that over also. Highly recommend these folks. Glad I was recommended to use them to sell my home!
