  • Let Bersh know a little more about your business
  • At this point, Bersh will request a few details about your existing business via email

A Call with Bersh CEO Collin Schuhmacher provides Bersh:

  • An opportunity to listen to your needs
  • An opportunity to think of ways to meet your goals
  • An opportunity to have some discussion of valuation

Solidify the relationship with an in-person meeting

  • At this point, both parties have agreed to move forward in the relationship and move toward an agreement
  • Bersh will:
    • Review key business details
    • Schedule an on-site visit (if possible)
    • continue matching its due diligence with your idea of how your business will look within Bersh (staff retention, your continued involvement, etc.)

Signing an Agreement - Bersh will

  • Provide all the necessary closing documents
  • Fund the transaction in a timely manner so you can transition to your next chapter
