- At this point, Bersh will request a few details about your existing business via email

A Call with Bersh CEO Collin Schuhmacher provides Bersh:
- An opportunity to listen to your needs
- An opportunity to think of ways to meet your goals
- An opportunity to have some discussion of valuation

Solidify the relationship with an in-person meeting
- At this point, both parties have agreed to move forward in the relationship and move toward an agreement
- Bersh will:
- Review key business details
- Schedule an on-site visit (if possible)
- continue matching its due diligence with your idea of how your business will look within Bersh (staff retention, your continued involvement, etc.)

Signing an Agreement - Bersh will
- Provide all the necessary closing documents
- Fund the transaction in a timely manner so you can transition to your next chapter
