
Collin Schuhmacher
President
Collin Schumacher is the founder and President of Bersh HOA, an owner-operator of community association management companies focused on elevating customer service and improving the overall homeowner experience. Over the past six years, he has been directly involved in building and operating HOA management businesses, partnering closely with boards and managers to create more responsive, transparent, and technology-enabled operations. Prior to founding Bersh, he spent more than two decades in institutional investing, where he developed deep experience evaluating businesses, managing risk, and driving long-term growth.
Collin holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Management from the Neely School of Business at Texas Christian University.

Tripp Richland
President - Marsh Landing Management
Tripp has more than 20 years of experience overseeing multimillion-dollar infrastructure and development projects throughout the Southeast and Puerto Rico. His background includes budgeting, contract negotiation, vendor procurement, regulatory compliance, and full lifecycle project oversight. In addition to his construction expertise, Tripp has extensive experience in business management, including strategic planning, financial oversight, operational process development, and team leadership. He has managed large operating and reserve budgets, strengthened internal controls, implemented performance standards, and developed systems focused on efficiency, accountability, and long-term asset sustainability.
Tripp attended the University of Florida and holds a Florida Certified Manager of Community Associations (CAM) designation, along with multiple safety and traffic monitoring certifications. While grounded in construction, his primary focus has evolved toward executive leadership, governance, and sustainable organizational growth.

Kristy Richland
Vice President - Marsh Landing Management
Kristy brings almost 30 years in the property management industry. She began her career in multi-family management throughout the Southeast, where she developed a strong foundation in operations, budgeting, resident relations, and team leadership. Over time, she transitioned into large-scale and gated community management, overseeing all aspects of association operations, including financial management, covenant enforcement, vendor coordination, capital project oversight, board relations, and resident communications. Her breadth of experience allows her to provide comprehensive operational support while maintaining strong governance standards and consistent service delivery.
Kristy attended Virginia Tech and holds a Florida CAM designation.

Chip Saye
Advisor to Bersh HOA
Chip Saye helps Bersh evaluate new development opportunities and with special projects in the existing Bersh communities. He began his career with Price Waterhouse LLP in business valuation before transitioning over to investment management research for a variety of buy-side firms.
Chip has an AB from Duke University, an MBA from UGA, and is a CFA charterholder.
